Weakest. However do not treat this
Guide as a form to be filled in with numbers. You are to turn in a reasoned
critiques bearing in mind all the factors suggested above, in the course of
which you may rate each point you think relevant, on a scale of one to
five. It is not an absolute measure of
judgment.
